Design for Manufacturing (DFM) means shaping a part so it can be made reliably and affordably. We design and review parts for 3D printing and CNC machining, so problems are fixed on screen, not on the machine.

Design for Manufacturing

A design that looks perfect on screen can still fail on a 3D printer or a CNC machine: walls that are too thin, features a cutter cannot reach, or tolerances that add cost without adding value. We check wall thickness, orientation, tool access, tolerances and material before you spend on production, which means fewer failed prints, less rework and a lower final cost.

Product design and prototyping

Have only an idea? We take a product from concept to a working prototype:

• Mechanical design
• Schematic and circuit design
• PCB design
• 3D printed or machined prototypes
• Assembly and fit checks in our own facility

Clients worldwide

Design and development work is available to clients worldwide and delivered online. Prototypes are made at our Islamabad facility.
