Where are you located?
We are based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We serve Islamabad, Rawalpindi and clients across Pakistan, and offer design services to clients worldwide.
Do you offer 3D printing and CNC machining in Islamabad?
Yes. From our Islamabad facility we offer 3D printing (FDM and SLA), CNC machining (vertical milling and turning), reverse engineering, circuit and PCB design, Design for Manufacturing, product development and training.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, for design. Product design, DFM, CAD and reverse engineering are delivered online, and we can prototype and check assembly and fit in our own facility. Manufacturing and shipping depend on the part, so tell us what you need.
What files should I send?
STEP, STL or DXF files, drawings, sketches or clear photos with dimensions. If you only have an idea, we can design the part for you.
Do you make single pieces or batches? Is there a minimum order?
Both. There is no minimum order, and a single piece is fine. The price depends on the quantity, material and process.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast ID.
Do you take an advance?
Yes. Once we agree the quotation, we take 50% of the project amount as an advance, and the remaining 50% at the time of delivery.
How long will my job take?
The lead time depends on the job and its complexity. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote. Urgent or overnight jobs cost more.
Do you deliver?
Yes, all over Pakistan by a suitable courier service. Hand pickup is also available, and for clients in Islamabad and Rawalpindi we can deliver by bike or by hand.
Do you do site visits?
Yes, when the work needs it: 3D scanning, taking measurements of a broken part for reverse engineering, checking how a part works before a new design, and fit checks for R&D work.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, we sign an NDA when you ask for one.
What if the part does not fit?
If you gave us the dimensions or a sample part, we make the part to those, and fit is your responsibility. If we took the measurements ourselves and took responsibility for the fit, we rework the part until it fits.
Do you provide receipts and invoices?
Yes, we provide receipts and invoices.
Do you design PCBs, and do you provide Gerber files?
Yes. We design circuits and PCBs and deliver Gerber files, ready for any PCB manufacturer.
Do you manufacture PCBs?
Our service is design. If you need boards made, we can arrange it for you: 2-layer boards through local manufacturers, and other boards through overseas services.
How accurate is the price estimator?
The estimator on our quote page gives an approximate price for FDM 3D printing from your STL files. We confirm the exact quotation on WhatsApp after checking your files, because supports, finishing and quantity can change the price.
Is there a discount for students?
We offer special pricing for students, universities, labs and research projects. Tell us about your project.
